It does, however you need to change the path to the one steam installed GTA IV in when you're running the LCPDFR installer.

Nope, sorry. But i could download it, but i wont be downloading GTA IV + LCPDFR until friday. But i just wanted to double check everything before hand

Just get GTA IV downloaded and installed first, then come back and we'll help you out from there.
