So as we all know, you can drive 50 miles from your agency to a different one and their SOPs and terminology are way different. This kinda has something to do with the game but it is also something that I would like to just know as well. So when you run a plate and it's flagged for "No Tax", what does that mean? Like their registration has expired and they need to renew it? If someone could tell me that would be great.

No taxes paid on the vehicle I believe. 

I met three on three different game sessions a guy with the same name with no tax paid on three different luxury cars. On the third occasion I arrested him... Fore felony tax evasion :D

Here in my area, No tax means that as per DMV records, The registration fees were not paid, and usually it is because they used a fraudulent form of payment or their check bounced and the outstanding balance has not been paid. Here, that is an arrest able fine, but it is left to the officer's discretion whether to arrest or simply write a summons to court.

Oh ok gotcha. That's kinda what I figured it was but I wasn't 100%. I guess I'll just issue citations on LSPDFR for that then!

Yeah I was in the same boat. When I played LCPDFR and things like that came up that I wasn't sure of, I just took the person to jail. LOL
