Not if you play offline. Or play online with no suspicious file that could be detected by Rockstar as modding/cheating.

You can play offline with all the mods you want. If you play online, you need to take them out. My say is have 2 directories for online play and offline play.

All the mods you have, depending on what exactly do you have, or go the way Trent said / Все моды, которые ты поставил. Установи две ГТА в разные директории, одну не модь и играй в онлайн, на вторую ставь моды и играй чисто в сингл.
