The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Have you looked in your launcher log? 

Documents>Rockstargames>GTAV 

It should show a error code, have a look at that. It might tell you if somethings wrong with your install

Yes I have looked and the game is now running I have removed ClearTheWayV

But he still give the Error #1 Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64) not installed

so did you try the latest version of ClearTheWayV? as I just patched it though I gave you a link earlier to my mods site since I was already updated there since I was away from my desk and couldn't upload it here.

Which I just updated it/uploaded the patch here.

One question did you install visual c++ redist for vs2015 (x86) because there is two available one for (x86 - 32bit) and one for (x64 - 64bit)

And do you have .net 4.6 installed as my ClearTheWayV mod is built off of .net 4.6 as are all ragehook plugins since ragehook started requiring .net 4.6 a couple of versions or more ago.

Your log from your launcher.log says it is most likely a directx issue.

Ok I have try your latest version ClearTheWay  and yes I can driving an car ore other vehicle but I cannot use other mods, When I remove ClearTheWay then I can use all mods in the game without any prob.

And no I have not installed visual c++ redist for vs2015 (x86) because I use the (x64- 64bit)

okay try now it should work since I tested this version myself.
