Run PlayGTAV  its in your Grand Theft Auto V  folder

Start GTA5 with PlayGTAV you find it in your Grand Theft Auto V Folder, also shutdown your antivirus.  when you start PlayGTAV you will see it is loading and installing updates from the game.

Have you the right Build from GTAV, are you using LSPDFR 0.3.1  and witch RagePluginHook are you using

oh ok i resolved apparently it seems that i havent uninstall previous  version properly  and there was a plugin that was old Thank you for the support :) 

You need LShiftKey and O for breathalyzer / LControlKey and O for drugalyzer.

That's just Update Manager checking what plugins he/she has.
Not an error.
Game crashes are very rarely to do with Ragehook or LSPDFR itself, but is more likely to do with car modifications or other file mods causing game instability.

Computer+ caused the crash, ask the author of that modification.

Ok idk why guys but I remove all gta 5 folder and only installed gta 5, lpsdfr and rhp and now works,,, idk why but works so thanks guys for all.

Whoops, my bad. Calling an insurance company is on of the features in Arrest Manager, not the Traffic Policer. Install Arrest Manager and then use CTRL+H (default) while in game.

I use already RPH 0.42.
LSPDFR crash to many times so I will reinstall plugins one by one.

You highly overestimate our demographic.

I have the same prob that the blue circle are staying on the map, the circle for handcuff ped stays on the map.

I think it would be great to do some research at cine and talk with different people to try to resolve the case.

Try to remove the ClearTheWay mod  when you use an 64bit, That was for me the prob.

My LSPDFR crash only when I use the LSPDFR computer in the car
You can use all the mods what is coming out after the new update, also police radio from before the update is working fine.

Has anyone considered making a graffiti in-progress callout? I think that would be interesting. If you know how to make callouts, reply to this post as soon as possible.

That's why I have held back from updating anything and won't do for at least another week or so in till everyone has got everything sorted out. But as for the Computer+ issue I have just posted a crash report as I have had two crashes in the past 3 days which said it was LSPDFR&RH but they both happened when I was using Computer+ so I will be interested to see what caused it this time and whether Comp+ has anything to do with it. It's a great plugin and a must for LSPDFR but I think it still has some very minor issues to address before it's 100% full proof.

Had a bit of free time, so whipped up a quick plugin to provide custom keyboard/controller bindings to the siren controls:
When it's not almost 4am, I'll poke around more and see if its possible to add a custom binding to toggle on/off the secondary siren, cause holding down the left thumbstick is annoying too.

Ok thanks mate but it would be an nice idea if we could do something with the info we get  from the search.

I think LSPDFR mods have almost everything it's needs to be awesome  except 2 problems. 1)AI pursuit issues,  which looks like this mod will address, (mod currently out takes a ton of cpu to run all the settings for it)  and 2) everybody freaking out around you when dealing with a gun point arrest,  ie getting ran over,  crime scene going messed up etc. This will make game play some much better. I haven't found any mods that currently work to fix it. 
Other idea I have is having more traffic callouts with it,  like MVA. There are currently callouts out like it but also have non traffic related callouts and no way to block them.
