Vehicle Components

Featured Replies

Sorry if this is not the correct location for this topic but it seemed to be the best fit for my question. I have some vehicles such as my police 3 that has different components, one of them includes a light bar. It seems that about 75% of these vehicles that I see do not have a light bar equipped and I was curious to see if there was a work around for this. Any suggestions will be great. Thank You!

Go to the vehicles.meta file located in update/update.rpf/common/data/level/gta5 and extract it. Open it with notepad or similar software, look for the police3 lines, and once you found them, scroll down amongst those lines to find a line filled with 'FLAG_HAS_STUFF'. Add FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL at the end of it, save, replace the original vehicles.meta file with this one, done.

However, it'll now ALWAYS spawn with ALL the components available.

yes and if you put ''FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE'' and your scroll down to <extrasrequired> write there for example ''EXTRA_1'' and you will see that all  will spawn with only the extra 1 as permanent :D

''<...>EXTRA_1</...>''

Thanks guys I appreciate it, Is there something like this for liveries?

yes ....that goes configured on carvarations.meta....but i dont know very well how to set certain liveries....i know that there are colors.....so when you have a skin that was made with photoshop or other and it has a background alpha, then you can configure with which colors the police car will spawn....there is a full list of that......but regarding liveries....i know that the configuration its there but i dont know how to, srry

How would the ''<...>EXTRA_1</...>'' be shown if it were actually in a file
