I followed all the steps, yes, but when I click on the rage plugin hook application, it says "

The game installation is corrupt. Please re-install the game.

Details: Could not locate GTA5.exe in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV"

So I'm guessing now that RAGE isn't compatible with GTA IV? Or is there some solution for this?

And I know that I should use RAGEPluginHook's forms, I read the instructions, but it won't let me create an account there.

RAGEHook is for V. It doesn't work with IV.

Without RagePluginHook. If I recall correctly, everything you need is packed with LCPDFR.

You downloaded LSPDFR, not LCPDFR. Next time reading might help you out here.

Again, read the manual that comes with the software.
