Anybody else want a handheld laser? This would be so cool to be able to step out of your car and aim at vehicles like in lcpdfr. Also does anyone know why no one really speeds on every other road but highways? Thanks. 

It's a radar, not a laser. And it's not been done yet.

A handheld radar would be cool too. Thats right I had a handheld radar in LCPDFR but every time I checked speed it would be like shooting the gun and people would run. I personally prefer laser to radar because of its ability to be more accurate, hence I suggested laser rather than radar. I already have a Constant on radar with the Passive Radar mod which I like alot.

You might be able to negate the "run away" behavior by either replacing the flash light model with a radar gun and getting rid of the lighting effect, or by modifying the pedestrian reaction to the weapon in question to mimic the reaction to a flashlight. Copy and paste, possibly.
