Ok so Im going to buy a gtx 960 and run it with an amd 6200 Iam I going to be able to run the game with add on mods as well? 

Yessir. I have a 670 and I can run it on mid-high settings.

You can run it with a shitty Intel hd graphics card on high settings just fine, you just need to turn down the resolution, let alone a gtx 960

To the size of a postage stamp, I'd reckon. Integrated chip sets aren't even supported.

Yeah, if you want 60fps you'll have to go all the way down to 800x600
