Is there a way to add the Realism Dispatch Enhanced vehicles to the vehicle selection screen? If I try spawning one in or taking one from my fellow officers, it ends up disappearing if I go too far away from it.

Currently it's not possible to change the garage vehicle lineup. You can spawn them through the RPH console though, by typing 'Spawn [vehicle name]' without the ' '. I don't remember what the added vehicles were called, but I'm sure you can find out by checking the RDE DLC file with OpenIV.

One of the most common ones is police5 (police gresley). sheriff3 gives the sheriff interceptor, if I'm not mistaken, and highwaycar1,2,and 3 give the highway patrol buffalo, stanier, and gresley respectively. If you have the Blaine County SO addon, addsheriff is the series for the LSSD and sheriff is for the BCSO.

LSPDFR has a persistence feature built in for the last vehicle you entered, so they shouldn't just disappear.
