Help finding an animation

Hey guys, I'm trying to find an animation of the police officer talking/holding his shoulder mic and also having his other hand hold a pistol. The best way to describe it would be that he's talking into his radio while holding a suspect at gunpoint.

I saw a picture in the gallery of this, but it has since been either hidden or deleted. I saw it and tried to find the animation. I've spent about an hour and a half yesterday and could not find it. I have a general list of the animations, and I didn't see anything with a similar name to help me find it.

It might be in paparazzi mission where you chase the female actor while she is getting chased by police. I just don't know where the other animations are.

If someone could help me out that'd be great!
