Cool beans, I'll try again to reinstall as my GTA IV thinks it has the patch 1.0.4.0 and didn't get 1.0.7.0 correctly installed.

Okay so everything is installed and no errors!

But now it says I need SecuROM to play the game otherwise there is an error. I can't find a download for SecuROM anywhere so far. Any solution? To bypass it?

Still not running for some reason I can't figure out. I don't have Rockstar Games installed because the patch 1.0.7.0 took it off so it doesn't need it etc.

Are you using a cracked/pirated copy of the game? You shouldn't need to bypass SecuROM.

Sometimes SecruROM gets AFU'ed tom, I've seen it happen with legal copies

You could try their diagnostic tool, they also have a tool to bypass it somewhere on their site.
