So I'm the leader of a RP group and right now we are focused on GTA 4 and 5. We would like to open up to more games. Any sugestions? We focus on police rp, but would be open to racing/driving, shooting, etc.

A lot of people like to use GMod to roleplay. But you can do it in any game, really. I've played on a few Arma Roleplay servers which were really fun.

I've heard good things and bad things of GMod. I play once in a blue moon and not really into it. But may be good for RP.

The problem with finding a good roleplay games is how so many games are specified as Roleplay yet are not what you are looking for. Then the ones you are looking for are modifications for older games, or for games which stray so far away from anything like a Roleplay game the modification doesn't provide a realistic or enjoyable enough experience.

Arma 3 life may be a good option, you just have to find a decent community to play on
