Bless them for their service, I know death is part of the job description but still. World peace would be nice, but with out LEO are the first to keep it possible.

Because it is. 18 total deaths. 10 Human officer deaths, 8 K9 officer deaths.

Yeah, I'm not doubting it, I just find it ridiculous that so many people died in so little time. Sums it all about violence in the US.
