The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi all!

I can't find a download for ELS! Its so frustrating, i've been looking for ages and yet there are Youtubers happily making videos showing ELS.

I know there was one on a GTA Forums however the link was removed. How come people on Youtube have ELS?

There has never been a release of ELS for GTAV at this moment.

ELS for V probably won't see a release for a long time, the "people on Youtube" might either be pre-alpha testers giving a couple second previews into some features, but the mod is too early in it's development right now to have a public release.

Either they are testers like PoliceWag or BxBugs, or they are saying they have ELS as some sort of clickbait title.
