Hi I have just downloaded LSPDFR and have a police Volvo, I was wondering how to turn on the red lights on the light bar and turn off the blue ones when I have pulled someone over? any advice would be good, thanks

You can't. There is a upcoming mod called ELS which is soon to come I believe. You can't choose what lights to turn on and off until ELS releases.

Although you should start a new topic for a new question next time, I will answer here.

Open the RPH console (F4 by default) and type in "Repair" (without the ") and press Enter.

Or you could use a trainer, whichever suits you better.
