You said LCPDFR. What you linked to is LSPDFR. 

Either way, the download is working fine for me - Using Chrome at the moment with no issues. Something on your end, sorry.

Well.. Can u please tell me whats the size of this LSPDFR mod file???Because sometime its started downloading but in downloading its not showing the size of file...See the image..

I'm not sure what kind of weird program you're using to download the software. Please try using Google Chrome, it works fine there. 

well.... mate as You see its not working with the Google Crome either..

and I also want to say that I tried in four other laptops with different ISPs which are belong to my friends...BUT THE RESULT IS SAME ITs DOWNLOADING ONLY ".HTML" file...

and its downloading .html file...as u see in the image...

Html files comes only and only after I click on the Submit button...

Again, something on your end. Works fine for the 1,000+ downloads we've had today alone.

Hi, The past day or so I have been trying to download LSPDFR, I always get to a similar place and the download fails. I have tried this on three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge) and it just isnt downloading, I have downloaded mods much larger than this and mods from the LCPDFR website and these work. I have watched the whole process and have seen that as the download completes it says download failed. Any help is appreciated.

What download link are you using? Also, what do you mean by 'not downloading'.
