i have the game working fine. only complaint is i cannot stop peds and have them show me ID's etc.... any help? or is this a known issue atm? thanks!!

You know you have the keep pressing the button? There is a little bar at the right corner that fills up while you press E when you are close to a ped.

okay so like a meter? i will try this and let you know. also, the controller button is right on D pad correct? thanks brotha!

okay so i tried arresting after i ask them to leave the vehicle and i held the button it asked me to hold....and nothing. any suggestions?

I dont know about the controller controls, but it doesnt work on both controller and the E button?

i got it figured out. i noticed the meter you spoke of. now the issue with asking them to step out of the vehicle i think thats just a matter of positioning. so i have to move around amd get the right marker. no big deal im sure it will be fixed soon. thanks again bud.

Doesn't change the fact that half the time, holding E does nothing. Arresting someone (with a weapon, since you can't use E) usually fixes it.

yea thats what im having to do. sucks because i dont want to arrest at gunpoint...poor peds..lol.

I use a PS3 Controller so I've not experience issues with arresting at gunpoint or not..

This. After i ask for ID while they are inside the vehicle i let ask them to come out. Unarmed arrest is sometimes not possible. Step away come back does nothing. Only after i ask again for ID "E" does its job.

Also very often the normal "Stop" ( hold "E" in front of peds) is not working. The stop loading bar will not come up. As DLM3 said, after an armed arrest its fixed.

having the exact same issue. Hope it gets fixed soon.
