I'm running out of options here.  When on duty, sitting in your car, does pressing x initiate a callout?  If it does, does a pop up box top left corner of screen tell you, you can accept callout  by pressing Y?

is your keyboard and mouse wireless?

nope X isn't giving me a callout 

Ok, then there is something wrong with the keybinds somehow.  Everything works except for your callouts options. Something might have gotten corrupted.

Looking at your two files in your plugins directory, the dates for the two of them seem off.  Seems they were modified.  Did you install lspdfr manually, or use its installer?

As for keyboards.. shouldn't be it, I have my G19s wired in, and my wireless out so I can use both at same time.  My naga mouse is both wired and wireless and works both ways.

i just used the installer, isn't there a way to check or edit LSPDFR keybinds ?

Down where it gives the list of keys, it says "  Can I change LSPDFR's keybindings? " and the answer is "  There is currently no way to change LSPDFR's keybindings. You can, however, change GTA V's default keybindings by pressing ESC (Start on controllers), go to the Settings menu, and click Game Controls"

Ok, lets try this.    Download the manual lspdfr file from this site, and extract it into another folder on your system.

Go to the plugins folder and copy the lspd first response.dll and lspd first response.pdb files.  Paste them into your games plugins folder overwriting the 2 you got there.  Check the dates of those 2 files and see if they are 1/16/2016. 

For fun, go into the lspdfr directory from your game directory (not the one in plugins folder) and double click the lspdfr.ini opening it.  screen shot that and post.

I read the whole topic now and this problem seems very strange, regarding the fact its only ONE key that does not work. Is there a controlling programm running or is it just the driver for the keyboard?

Besides that: Have you tried using another keyboard?

No I didn't I'm trying my last option today a full format of pc so clean install of drivers steam and games. I have an Steelseries apex keyboard. If not asked to much can you tell me what to make sure to get installed and if you can with links ? So I do exact the same as how you did it also do I update to the latest steam gta version ? Sorry for all this questions but I watch streams of this mod everyday and hope to be able to play it some day as well I payed a guy for installing it for me over teamviever but he took the money and disconnected and blocked me :(

Getting LSPDFR to run is basically just dropping some files in the main directory. There can always be an issue with something but your problem looks very specific and is most likely caused by something else. If every Key works expect for one and you are sure that everything else is alright, I dont really know what to do from here. Only idea is reinstalling driver for your keyboard. Your language setting  shouldnt be the issue ... i mean your Z kez is an Z and your Y is an Z isnt it? Shift + Alt changes keybindings on Windows for example.

On what language is your keyboard based on? If it is any different than the US layout it might cause it to corrupt, not sure though.

The standart german layout works perfectly fine, I (unfortunatly!) dont think this should cause the problems

Maybe change the layout to US and change all the keys to default in gta, see if it works than.

well both kinda :D but now i need to fix the new issue :s after the format and resinstall my FPS sucks bad i used to have a solid 60 FPS on ultra-verry high settings and now i have like 14
