Hi!

I'm trying to figure out where I can add new vehicles to the police arsenal without replacing or copying over original files. Can someone please give me clear instructions on how to do this?

I would be very appreciative.

 

Right now i'm trying to add a highway patrol cvpi to the game. Is there a specific path I can take with the OpenIV to add the files?
