Callout Generation Issues

Recommended Posts

I have an issue involving exactly what the title suggests: LSPDFR crashes generating a callout, or when I start a pursuit. Not much to say in this way, and I don't understand it. The last time I played was a few days ago and that was just testing out Rage, so I don't have the log. I'll get that tonight or over the weekend. I don't know how to solve it and I don't know if there are others with this problem. Game setup is clean besides a trainer- just GTAV, Rage, and LSPDFR, plus the Ported Rage Trainer, which doesn't work so I doubt that has anything to do with it. Although I don't think the system specs have anything to do with this, I have a GTX 240, 8 GB RAM, enough storage space for files and pretty much everything for GTA V on medium settings at a good frame rate (30+)

Im not sure if case sensitivity is an issue, but your LSPDFR folder seems to be different to what it should be. Try making it all caps. What is the LSPD First Response folder for?

This is LSPDFR 0.3, they changed the file setup (I think.) The LSPD First Response folder has all of the files for LSPDFR. Also I'm not sure but I changed where the files were from the original installer because it would put the files for RPH in one folder with the LSPDFR files too. Maybe I moved the wrong folder?

I don't know what is relevant so I just gave the whole log. I forgot to mention but I've also had health bar issues. It's empty and I'm invincible, but if I use a health pack it becomes red like I'm about to die. I also have lag, but only in vehicles, which is something I've never had before. I'm going to try and reinstall both lspdfr and rage to see if that helps with all of my issues.

I never tried. EDIT: Not on GTA V, it only has 10 and 10.1 (and 10.1 crashes when loading the pause menu)

Because thats where its holding up. DirectX loading for the menu.

Huh? I don't get what this menu thing has to do with callout generation crashing, lag in vehicles only with RPH, or any other problems I have. I didn't have a problem with lspdfr 0.2b and I had it on DX 10. Should I update to DX 11, if that's even possible?

I doubt your GPU supports it. All I know from the log is that RAGE is crashing after checking for DirectX11.

I can confirm I am also experiencing this issue - this is when it crashes:

But see, Rage has NEVER crashed before like this. I've gotten crashes for lspdfr before, but that was because a certain callout didn't work... it's only with lspdfr 0.3, I played lspdfr 0.2b without any problems except that one callout. So I don't see why Rage needs DirectX 11 all of a sudden after .34.
