    Have you pressed Scroll Lock first? Try that then Ctrl + P So im having a bit of a problem, In a traffic stop, Beeping the horn wont make the suspect move, But if i press B on the controller to sound the siren, The suspect just drives off in a straight line. Not sure if this is a reported bug or not.

    Did the lag start after the recent update, or has it always been like that? Every 5 seconds i get about half a second of lag. Very frustrating.

    I would suggest waiting until 0.2 is out. It may be because it is close to the release that you cannot download 0.1e. Just a thought.
