when I click on them it downloads and when I say open it open with. what do I choose after that point I usually use WinRAR for my files but that wont work for this file

 

I'm so confused. I don't know what to do man

These aren't in a .rar file.  Just put them into openiv as is

Huh? Just instal them in the place I stated above and use a trainer to equip them to a car like any other wheel from Ls customs

You have already downloaded the files. DO NOT open them just treat them as car files

there is no file to put into the location in open iv. there is no file because there is nothing on my computer that will open them so I can drag them and drop them

OmfgDON'T OPEN THE FILES they aren't in a rar or zip just drag them from your download folder to openiv
