I figured out thank god.... yall were all such a help thank you for not getting pissed at me.

there is no file to put into the location in open iv. there is no file because there is nothing on my computer that will open them so I can drag them and drop them you drag and drop them into the location steingberg said above

I understand that but when I click it says open with and then I don't know what to do from there what is supposed to happen when you click the files

how do you download them. that's the only thing I cant figure out

ok. last question then ill be gone how do you get them on vehicle in game like what wheel type? do you drag and drop the files from this forum to the thing or what cause I just tried that

What file location in open iv

when I click on them it downloads and when I say open it open with. what do I choose after that point I usually use WinRAR for my files but that wont work for this file I'm so confused. I don't know what to do man

all it shows is open with what once I click it how can I download I really want them I wish I didn't haft to bother you but ive wanted these wheels for a long time now and I don't know how to get them
