MODS

Featured Replies

Hello

I've been watching some videos and there are some mods they use, that I want.

Keys: When I pullover a car, I can take their keys. Mod name for that?

Pullover: When they pullover someone, they can touch one buttom and the car will follow you and you touch the buttom again, to stop the suspect. (When I press my horn so the suspect can move to the side, he/she just go in the middel of the road)

Sounds: I've have seen one youtuber ( Jeff Favignano ) and he have added his own sounds when he want the suspect to move to the side of the road, etc. How do I do that?

Thanks!

That mod does both the features you are talking about. A quick google search or a search of the forums would have found this for you.

I don't have all the links handy but all that is available here on the site and other mods at a couple others. The ones you speak of are here. When you watch Jeffs videos be sure to click below in the description field as he always gives links to what he uses in each video. I don't have links handy myself at this time but if you search the files area here you'll for sure run into them.

There is no mod, you have to create the recordings yourself, locate the original files and then replace them manually.

Thanks :)

The sounds like mentioned you can record and then replace existing files for the mods. I never been too concerned with anything except radio tones or sounds. It does though add livery to the game even though modat and mdc never go together on a system for tones lol. It's better then nothing. I've though about changing the modulation mdc and modat tones out with digital squelch for giggles. In has a r2d2 sound when digital modulation comes through broke or poor or ending. Not common  for normal but it would change sounds up. I also thought about adding in digital blank air sounds for dispatch or radio des/aes p25 encryption modulation sound as some agencies who have a swat or narco will encrypt that special units traffic so only its internal department hears so other officers cannot. More common then most think. Cbp has this allot. Just because one is a field agent doesnt mean he is allowed to hear it all. I did change the panic button mod sound to a actual motorola apx EM depress from what another person would hear which in reality the radio will alarm and mute mdc showing on display EM: xxxx (unit number) From your end the sound itself is not as alarming or can be silent similiar to the beep panic button mod uses but just one long tone for 10 to 20 seconds. Most have it silent though so if a officer is hurt the suspect won't know the officer pressed his EM and the dispatch can remotely open the mic and hear what's happening in real time in back ground. But yeah some sounds can be changed just on things like sirens don't go over the limits.
