i did say on a post but i didnt put it clearly.

When i run the 'Title_Update_7_EN' it says that it ended prematurlely because of an error

Did you run it as an administrator?

And make sure your running the .exe and not the .msi

Lol i didnt see the .EXE one. i suck so bad on computers.

ok, ran it as an admin with .exe and it worked. the game now loads but it crashes when on the loading screen [When it shows different pictures of players]

What i mean is that when i didnt download lcpdfr gta 4 worked but when i downloaded it my gta 4 kept crashing everytime i tryed to start it i even tried running as admin and it still didnt work i did watch the video but it didnt help my problem
