Crashed Several Times Today

Nutronic

Recommended Posts

Nothing has been added/removed since I last used the mod on Monday and on that day I had no crashes.

Today it has crashed about 4 times.

The first couple of times were when I went on duty, the last 2 times were when I requested a tow truck following a callout asking me to attend an RTC and when I was doing a traffic stop.

I have a video too which I will be uploading to my channel as I was due to release one today.

Okay, thats all good.

I asked that since the error you have usuallly means your pushing your system, bit it seems to not be the case here.

Ok well I know for a fact that is not the issue, well not entirely.

I've experienced this crash before any vehicles were added or replaced I have posted about this kind of issue before too.

Also, I do not have ANY weapon mods or reskins.

Even running the mod on a 100% clean reinstall gives that error about a vehicle and/or weapon.

I'm pleased we both thought the same though, it's still rather puzzling.

Code3 Callouts is the issue.

As for vanilla settings, it still can cause items not to load into memory fast enough.

When GTAV is running, find it in task manager in the details list and run it at High Priority. That should help.

Would this not cause system issues?

If your computer isn't that great. But yours should handle it fine. My specs on mine are just under yours and handles it well, with memory and gpu over-clocked.

It's known to increase the frame times which will make the game appear to be laggy.

I know that I can overclock my pc but not sure how lol.

I even have installed something called "MSI Gaming App" and within that there's a setting for overclock mode but not sure if clicking that button means it's over clocked from that point or it's just to increase fan speeds for when it is overclocking.

For overclocking GPUs, I use MSI Afterburner with Heaven Benchmark and then GTA V. I've never used MSI Gaming App since I have a Palit card.

@OfficerBurningBowl, it is still crashing - It just crashed twice on me.

I am thinking that this time it is an error caused by @Luigi4518's High Priority Callouts mod instead. 1st time I was doing nothing, just waiting for a call out and the second time I had just completed a medical escort.

I have had a look on google at the hash that comes up and it appears to be for "G_M_M_MexBoss_02".

You are correct.

Log say: [04/12/2015 15:21:23.621] at HighPriority.Callouts.VehicleRobbery.OnBeforeCalloutDisplayed()

I've had this issue as well with other plugins. Try running no plugins.

MSI Afterburner is for AMD GFX cards. I don't think you can overclock your GPU with MSI.

If you're motherboard is unlocked then over-clocking the CPU's memory would be handled in BIOS before OS startup. If you don't know what to do in BIOS, don't do anything, you could really mess your computer up and make it very unstable.

EDIT:

Found this as well. You need to make sure the .ini config files are with the .dll files in the plugins folder.

Increasing priority is forcing the CPU to spend time on that specific process. It UPS Frame rate. And when you increase framerate the game goes much smoother.

I've never heard of FPS going up and game lag go up, they both contradict eachother making no sense.

I've used the MSI gaming evolved app from AMD. Actually made things worse lol.

It's useless to have 60fps if it takes 70ms to actually change the frame.

Oh okay, my GT 740 is just the exception then, clearly.

Yep the above is correct.  I read the entire thread.

This is caused by a conflict with a Plugin.  Uninstall ALL plugins and place them in a temporary folder.  This goes for your Plugin Folder and your LSPDFR folder.  Make sure that you ONLY have LSPDFR installed and running. Now run the game.  See if you can play for 30 minutes straight without crashes.  if you have not had a crash you have your answer.  Now install one at a time.  I would make sure you have a fresh copy of each of those plugins as well.

One other question and forgive me if it was answered, thought I read everything here.  Is your CPU, or GPU overheating at all?  Can you tell me a core temp, should be in Bios. There is another program that you can see core temps live as well.  I had some crashing issues awhile back and it was caused by my CPU overheating, so it would just crash the game.  When I finally did some investigation looking at my logs for my PC,  found the temp getting hotter than 60 Celsius.  Got a new CPU cooler and all is good.

See if my first part helps.  Really I did not suggest it first,  that came from above.  I am just reconfirming that I think and or agree with his help for you.

I may be mistaken on that.

But looking at his CPU it itsnt that great of one which could also be a problem.

Pretty much it seems like a performance issue, your system cant handle a lot of plugins. Maybe use 1 and see how it does, then add another and so on.

I do have overclock options in BIOS and I'll grab a screenshot of the bios as soon as I can, I'll play GTA for 30 minutes or so that way we can see an average temp.

But, what does my CPU have to do with a plugin not being able to find a hash correctly?

As for no plugins, I can run GTAOnline for several hours (no plugins) and have absolutely no issues, no lag spikes and no freezes.

I can run single player for several hours also with no issues but as soon as LSPDFR is present I'll get issue regarding hash files, as I've said in previous threads of mine...feel free to check my profile for previous threads about crashing.
