    Re-install LCPD:FR w/ the Tazer mod. It should have a modified version of the .xml with it I believe. That might be what is crashing your game, trying to use the tazer without it being in there. I got a bunch of errors a few times.

I'm not sure whether it copies a new version of the file or just edits it. The only way to find out however is to try it :)
