I don't think its happening maybe with FiveM but Online is Rockstar protégé; anybody installing mods is getting banned let alone develop something for it , they will probably sue G17 media if such thing happens.

What about on private servers? Like G17 and Ragehook got together and come out with their own servers for Multiplayer role play only? Maybe????

As I've said before -- we'd need a fully open source multiplayer engine to do that, So far, the only one being developed is FiveM.

If FiveM progresses to a decent point, then yes. I am keeping a close eye on the FiveM code and would love to use it as a base for LSPDFR Online when/if it gets to that point.
