Siren issue

Featured Replies

So i started to have this wierd issue with any siren i have in the game. For some odd reason lately any siren i have seems to glitch out. it resets the siren loop whenever i hit something like a curb, car, etc or if i get hit by something like bullets.

Ive included an audio file so if you know how to fix it you have more info.

If you have a trainer, make sure that you don't have vehicle invincibility turned on. If that is turned on, every time you hit something the vehicle repairs, which then restarts the siren.

That must be only with custom sirens, because I don't have that issue with the default one while using vehicle invincibility. That command only seems to prevent vehicle deformation, it can still get scratched to hell. If I use the 'repair' function; then yes, the siren loop does restart.

Might be with only custom ones. Each trainer might do it differently. Idk lol. But from what he explains it sounds like anytime the vehicle takes damage, it repairs. I had this issue and it was from the vehicle invincibility on enhanced native trainer

I see. I'm using Simple Native Trainer. They might be coded to handle vehicle damage differently with invincibility on. Sort of how the Radiance Mod handled lighting differently than ELS for GTA IV. One of them made cars invulnerable due to the 'extras' on the vehicle while the other did not. Just different methods of achieving the same goal.

that's got to be the issue. ive installed a new trainer. the one buggs and jeff use, the  Simple Native Trainer . i used to use the native trainer but i wanted to use this one due to the fact that i could upgrade the car im in. the native trainer didnt do that and i do like the new one. i also tried to get this thing in the past but for some odd reason it wouldnt werk. i could try to disable instant repair.

funny how when i finally get this thing to work it messes with my siren.

p.s. what's evl?
