Hey, since a few day's I have the problem when I want download a file from lspdfr.com I cant see the reCAPTCHA. Sometimes it's visible but this is very rare. I disabled my addons, my adblocker and my antivirus programm but it didn't changed anything. I also have the newest Flash Player installed!

Can somebody help me and does anyone has this Problem too?

Try a different browser. We do not manage this security check, so there is not much we can do if it doesn't show for you other than to redirect you to the reCAPTCHA forum.

I tried it with all my Browsers but it does not work... I will try it in the reCAPTCHA Forum.

 

Had the same issue turn off any click and clean apps on chrome and any vpn changers and it should work

Make sure you have Updated Java!

I do understand there is a problem, but i only see red font with random highlighting and it is even somewhat funny.

Seriously talking, I was not able to finish reading TS post due to coloring issue. There is a lack of troubleshooting info and most likely unless this info is provided (Browser\Version\Addons\3rd pt. apps) no meaningful troubleshooting is to be able to be provided.

I am also having problems when trying to download a file :)

Anyone have any idea when it should be sorted??

Well, reCAPTCHA is used for the security stuff, but what he meant is that it is an external service that we do not have any influence on, so if it's not working you should report with them, not us.

How do i report to them?

The Developers of ReCaptcha are Google, you can use this page https://support.google.com/recaptcha/?hl=en and see if any of the things on this solve your problems. If not you'll have to find a way to contact Google about this. I checked for a contact page on their ReCAPTCHA site, but it doesn't look like they have any kind of contact area. I'll update this post if I find a way for you to contact the ReCAPTCHA team.

I noticed earlier today, when downloading a file, that ReCaptcha was in the old style (v1). Any reason for the switch? I much prefer v2, both as a user and a developer.

Thank you! It seems to be working now and i am now able to download :)
