Hey there,  I got LCPDFR installed and working last night and love it!  Thought ragehook might be an issue but was able to fix my issues. 

My question is there are so many additional more to install next I don't know where to start. I understand there are some things I need to learn, such as the mod will crash if you exceed a certain distance after performing certain action. N but I don't want to install all the other options at once and risk conflicts or errors that way. 

What at would you install next?  And after you knew that worked, what would you install after that, and so on

After LSPDFR, i installed the PoliceRadio mod, which enhances the LSPFR experiance. :P

^Either he posted in the wrong section and he's talking about LCPDFR (for GTA IV) or he made a typo.

Let me know which one you actually mean LSPDFR or LCPDFR and I'll make a list of mods I use. For LSPDFR I have a pretty long list of mods that haven't crashed on me once in a very long time. For LCPDFR I added a ton of mods but the game crashes all the time, even if I alt-tab the game :)), it might be ELS related.

EDIT:  Although he mentioned RageHook so it's probably LSPDFR. I should read the comments more carefully before replying.

I would suggest installing some of the great callout mods to add some variety to your game such as-

 

I would also recommend More ControlV  And Improved LED's.

i suggest to use all previous mods but for my opinion you can use latest version of RPH

I'd recommend HeroCop mod, where you can get your own cop partner, and even better, a k9 dog :D 

For LSPDFR and RageHookPlugin 0.25 these are the mods I use without any crashes or conflicts (you've have to rebind a couple control keys in the mod's ini file). You can install them all at once (like I did) or one at a time to get familiar with the controls and features.

-CalloutsV, Code 3 Callouts, Crazy Callouts, Strays Callouts, Wilderness Callouts, More Callouts, Police Radio, Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, HeroCop, Breathalyzer, Cop Holster, DashcamV, Spotlight (by alexguirre), Traffic Control, VehicleSearch, Player Location Display, Enhanced Native Trainer

I also use VisualV, Improved LED and Spotlight, ASP baton, Fedsig SS2000 sirens, Weapon Sounds Overhaul. Of course you can replace these with anything you like but these are still better than vanilla.
