ELS

Featured Replies

When I look in the SHDN console, it says, as part of the LCPDFR initialization text, "Luxart Emergency Lighting System: True". What does LCPDFR do with ELS? Is there a particular reason it detects it?

Your not really doing our job since you cannot move the topics, while I appreciate you attempting to show members where to post their threads, but it's still really close to back seat moderation (Not really that bad, if you told them what to do in an assertive way then we would have an issue, but this is kinda soft core back seat moderation), again, I appreciate you attempting to help, but it's some what un needed, hence, we always get around to it before it really becomes an issue.

Um, no, I'm asking about an LCPDFR thing.

cp702 is correct, if he wasn't I would have moved it by now, while yes, its about another modification as the main headliner, he asking about a function that is within lcpdfr, through the .ini, so he is simply asking a question about lcpdfr which always belongs in Discussion.

Help us, help you!

I apologize for that. The reason I sometimes go into moderation mode is maybe because I am used to directing, helping, and advising other people through my job (Marine Corps Officer). Once again I apologize for my actions.

Hey its no worries bud, your not in any trouble or nothing, I just know some community members/moderators dislike with they see some people doing some back seat moderation, again as I stated I really do appreciate you attempting to help people, its just that its not needed since we handle it so fast .

No need to apologies for your actions, I remember before I was a moderator I caught my self doing the same thing, but pretty much as I stated, your not in any trouble, I was just giving you some advice, I'm glad for your response, its rare to see it some times, you get people who are like "WHAT?! I can do whatever the F*** I wan't, I don't care if its back steat moderaatiN!" which gets old, so thank you for your level headed approach to my statement,

Regards,

I believe it is a check the mod does to see if you have ELS activated on your police cars so that when the mod spawns cars in particular instances (like for a shootout call, cars are already spawned at the location) or when you call them for backup, they have ELS lights activated rather than if it simply only activated the vanilla siren.

Mine says falls, and even still the cars spawn with ELS sirens on.I don't have any non-ELS cars, atm.
