The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

By pressing X, this will cancel the other call and show a new one, just dont respond to the new one.

If you are using CalloutsV by LukeD in the newest version there is a menu you can bring up by pressing the 'Delete key' (Default)  giving you different phrases you can tell control as to why you are ending the call. If you aren't using that though what Starmix said works too.
