I'm sure that DoctorGTA said in a different video he would release the vehicles if his viewers wanted him to. Mind you that was quite a while ago so he may or may not have released them.

Have you installed the OPENIV.asi loaders?

If you are replacing "Police" for instance. Open the handling.dat file and find the line called "Police" copy and paste the handling line from the file you have downloaded in to the handling.dat file.

Handling lines go into the file called "Handling.dat" You can find it here "GTAIV\Common\Data\Handling.dat" You can either replace the file if you haven't put any other handling lines in or edit the file in your favourite text editor.

Other than the Imperials being close to impossible to beat due to the AT-AT. I personally like the beta and am probably going to buy the full game at launch.

When you say "one of the police" do you mean a vehicle mod? A ped mod?

Ineseri is correct this question has been answered alot through out the entire GTA modding community. I have put a video in the spoiler tag to one of Finkone's videos clearly showing how to install vehicle mods for GTAV Hope this helps.

Looking at the log I personally can't see anything that is possible causing the crash. The only thing I can think of is that when you have mods installed in GTAIV is that it is really quite unstable and that maybe one of the things that you have changed recently has caused the game to crash more frequently. Try removing the things that you have added and reverting any setting changes that you have made and see if that helps. I'm sorry if I have been a complete waste of your time. I can usually spot these things pretty quickly.

In the main GTAIV directory there is a file called 'LCPDFR.log' that is the log for LCPDFR. This be the file I require, please.

Could you post the crash log? Please.

Can you please post the RPH log, a screenshot of your GTAV Directory and the version of RPH you are using.

When you download the .NET Framework 4.6 from Microsoft and run it an input box should appear. In there there will be two buttons one saying 'Repair' the other will say 'Uninstall'. The chances are you need to repair the file so just press repair.

On the page where the information about Bank Callouts is the developerhas said that the callouts are supposed to be rare. Also this plugin is still in development so maybe this will be added in the future.

I think that there is alredy a fourm post about suggestions for the development of LSPDFR. As for the drivers fleeing when you signal them to pull over this is supposed to happen as it makes you have to pursue them. It also makes it more realistic as when a police officer pulls someone over they don't always sit waiting to be spoken to.

I believe that if you need to replace something in that folder that you need the entire folder location. So for replacing something in patchday4ng you would need the entire folder that is named 'update' .

I have had this issue before it may be an ENB causing it. Try maxing out your settings.
