This kind of callouts already exist,but I thought that they could be improved.For example such callouts could appear more often and the officers could arrive on the scene before the suspects get out of the bank(like real robberies).This would make the game more realistic.

    On the page where the information about Bank Callouts is the developerhas said that the callouts are supposed to be rare. Also this plugin is still in development so maybe this will be added in the future.
