The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Just a little help with installing

Is there a way to check the version for Police radio I thought I had the latest version.

Can you provide a link for the hot fix I don't know if I have that and I'm running RPH 0.26. Negative on trying LSPDFR and RPH on their own

The .rar archive from which you installed the plugin should be named exactly that "Police_Radio_0.35_RageHook_22_-_hotfix". So if you still have it, just read the name underneath. If you don't have it, go to the Police Radio download page on this website (always get everything LSPDFR related from this website, it's your best chance to get the latest version), click on the Download buttons and choose the second option, which will be named as shown above.

  • To install LSPDFR, simply copy all the files from the archive inside the root GTA V folder. The mod comes with RagePluginHook v0.20. The latest versions for most of the plugins don't support that vers

  • Yep, those two folders are not needed, you don't have to copy them. Yes, the RPH that comes with LSPDFR v0.22b is a very old version, unsupported by most plugins. LSPDFR v0.3 will most likely come wit

  • I'm just going on by the problem you have in the last log, but your issue is within police radio, you'll either need to update it to the version that works with your version of RPH or remove/uninstall

I got it working thanks everyone for their input and help. Turns out the crash was due to having the wrong Police radio version.

The only issue I'm having right now is my trainer wont open now lol, it did work before but now it's not, I'm not really bothered about it as it's not preventing me from playing but if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them.

One other thing, when using the Police radio it's using FinKone's name, how would I change that?

Which trainer do you use and which key did you use before to open the trainer menu? Was it F4 key?

To change the name, go to Plugins\LSPDFR\PoliceRadio.ini (its the file with a cogwheel over a sheet of paper as the icon) and where it says PlayerName, replace Finkone with whatever you want.

I got the trainer working again, I just put a fresh copy of the files in and that seem to have fixed it. Just to answer your question anyway, I'm using Simple Trainer.

I had a look in the Police radio ini file, I must've missed it, I'll look again.

Edit: Found the name but when I try to save the file I get access denied error?

Thanks for the help again

That's strange, I never had that problem. Found this though, maybe it will help you.

I know what's causing it, after thinking more about it I remember changing settings before to edit a file, it's due to the location of said file, I changed the settings I thought it was but it still didn't work but the more I think about it I should have probably changed the settings for the entire folder (Program Files) not just a file in it. However I did think of a quick work-around. Move the file out of the folder and edit it, which did work.

That link also confirms it.
