dsound.dll is probably better, the only difference between dsound and xlive is that with xlive you can use downloaded save games, but the online aspect is disabled.

nevermind it doesn't matter since we know what the problem is, no more screenshots are required. but like ineseri said, you should always read the manual/documents that come with the item.. especially if it's a manual install. =)

Yes. 

All files inside of LCPD First Response should be moved to your root game directory just as it says in the manual.
