Not possible without Zmodeler and modelling experience.

So I tested out the Patriot, but the interior and headlight textures are still messed up on the lower LOD levels.

Yard do you still plan on releasing your Buffalo S model? If you are, will you be doing the same as the normal police buffalo by having an LSPD & SAHP version of the model?

It's not done, I am not working on it at this moment.
