But at best buy they say they can change your graphic card in a laptop.

EDIT: well here is my specs. if i just replace the graphic card, will it run it or is there something else that is not good?

Well thats what I was planning to do but if its just my graphic card that needs upgrading I can just do that but if its more that the graphic card then I will get a alienware. though, the cheapest one is $900.

Stay away from anything Intel HD Graphics.

If you wanna get a good laptop that can run GTA IV at close to maximum settings,

here's one: http://www.shopping....QE023UA%2523ABA

AMD Radeon 6770m should be good enough to run the major games at 30 FPS+.

Why are people so self-conscious about needing others to press the green arrow? If I helped you out, I don't care if you press it or not. The internal feeling of having helped others is good enough for me. I would agree with them as well most Laptops weren't really made for gaming expect the Alienware this is why I bought a Gaming Desktop just because the Sony Vaio Laptop just didn't ran GTA IV smoothly even when the Stupid Sticker said '' Intense Gaming'' Lying bastards.
