I wanted to ask you a question, does your FPS drop when you run gta v with lspdfr?

I gave it a test, i tried clean install gta v without lspdfr, it was running with 50-72 fps.. then after installing the mod it now runs 38-46 fps

 

is it just me? :S

If you don't already download and install Razer Cortex, it has a game booster which comes in handy.. I use it and stay at a solid 60fps, if i don't then it drops to 25-30

It used to be sticky at 60 FPS before R* introduced their anti-modding and code obfuscation shit. Now performance is much lower in general for me, even without mods.

You can try what CouthInk4 said. I also use a game booster (but a different one), and it works quite nice.
