Sup, I have the police radio plugin and whenever I press the "C" key to bring up the radio, nothing happens. I Have PoliceRadio.dll in my start rphs file. and not at any point doesnt it say "PoliceRadio.dll" has crashed. So I cant really post a log file. Any suggestions?

Also, I have the script hook v and trainer opening at the same time when I press F4, How do I put them each with their own key binding and how do I get the regular console to pop back up when I press f4 so I can load plugins??

The newest version of Police Radio goes in the Plugins\LSPDFR folder. It's an LSPDFR API plugin now.

The Police Radio folder, PoliceRadio.ini and PoliceRadio.dll go into GTAV\Plugins\LSPDFR

Also it's not Scripthook V that's opening, it's the trainer that comes with it that's opening.. you can fix it by opening up your RagePluginHook.ini and changing the Console key from F4 to F5. So it looks like this.

ConsoleKey=F5

This will keep the trainer from Scripthook to F4 and will change your RPH to F5 (which won't cause conflict)

Yeah RPH sometimes doesn't complete it's .INI. remove the contents in that and add this:

Hey btw I did what you said, I got the console on F5, but still when I press F4 2 things pop up, the trainer and another menu where i can spawn vehicles and change the weather and other things lol Its blueish

Do you have Simple Native Trainer for V installed?
If so, remove NativeTrainer.asi
