When i load into the game lcpdfr doesn't load but my trainer does everything is installed in the correct place because i tried the manual install and the auto install and i still get this error.

Looks like you're missing the AdvancedHook.dll (I'm not sure because I'm not familiar with GTA4 anymore). Maybe your antivirus deleted it? Check if it's there. If not, reinstall LCPDFR and be sure that the file is there. If it's gone again after starting GTA4, add it to your antivirus' whitelist. If that doesn't work.. Sorry, I don't know what else could be causing this. I never had this issue.

Edit: Oh wait, sorry. The AdvancedHook.dll is indeed there. Didn't have a look at the folder. :s I don't know what else might be causing this.

No luck even after reloading scripts still doesnt work

Okay the only error it says is

Status  :  Failed to find x86 version of MSVCP

i installed everything i had a link to and reinstalled lcpdfr nothing changed

Sorry to doubt you i reinstalled the one that needed to choose x86 (or whatever) and it worked thanks :D

Sorry to bother you on an old post,but the third link takes me to a windows 10 download what was the third link to or any idea what else i would need?
