Peds freak out after arrest

I'm experiencing a bug, and I'm not really sure if it's an LSPDFR bug or some sort of mod conflict. When I arrest a suspect and stand him up, he will stand there for about 2 seconds and then say some expletive (or scream). He will then run a few yards in any given direction, and then stop. Other times he will periodically freak out until I open the car door to transport him to jail. He teleports into the car (as usual).

I'm wondering what causes this. My first theory was that my police car was too far away from the suspect, and that if I had him stand up with my police car nearer he wouldn't freak out. That's not the case. I tried not spamming E when I arrest a ped. That doesn't help either. The ped will also do this no matter if I have a gun drawn or not.

Here's a list of mods/plugins I'm running: Breathlyzer, Cop Holster, Easy Repair, More Control V, Overlay Away, Ped Search, Speed Radar, Spotlight, Traffic Control, Vehicle Search, CalloutsV, Code 3 Callouts, Crazy Callouts, More Callouts, Police Radio, Strays Callouts, Wilderness Callouts.

I also have ScriptHookV with the Player Location Display, but this problem also happened before I installed that.

Any ideas? Does anyone know right off the bat if any of these mods conflict to cause that? My last resort to solving this would be uninstalling everything and installing one by one to identify the problem, but I'd like to avoid that. 

I'm using the latest version of Rage Plugin Hook and LSPDFR.

I honestly think it's LSPDFR and GTA 5 'fighting' for control, if you will.

LSPDFR is trying to get the ped to follow the player, while GTA 5 wants him to run away, because he has had a gun pointed at him. It's quite a good explanation to why they only run so far, because LSPDFR probably retakes control of him at that point, I could probably test this theory if @Sam or @LMS would add the ability to arrest peds without a gun equipped and by not having to aim at him.

But, it could be that all of the plugins and other mods are overloading the game, meaning LSPDFR cannot recontrol the ped fast enough.

To add to the top idea, I arrested a ped, worked fine, but, as soon as I pointed a gun at her, she ran off, again, for a few yards, also tried without many intensive scripts, further backing this up.

For me sometimes when i pull a weapon to arrest and everyone start running, but i think what "lcpdUnit22" said that maybe the problem

To add on, this happens with fellow officers as well. It seems they come off of the "effect" or control of LSPDFR, and stop being controlled by it, i guess the game thinks they are normal peds and obviously pointing a gun at them would cause them to freak out and run.

 

I've never had the issue with arrested peds, but It may be a related issue with LSPDFR's AI and GTA itself, as said before fighting for control over it. I'm sure it will be worked on over time as the AI are tweaked.

 

if @Sam or @LMS would add the ability to arrest peds without a gun equipped and by not having to aim at him.

I do hope this is a feature regardless, maybe even a more casual hands behind the back handcuff animation (if one is ever found) instead of always having them get on their knees, it would make more of roleplay scenarios. Im sure the ped interaction menu will be added onto and maybe have an arrest feature added to it.

Hi everyone,
I having some little weird issue which involving some pursuit and arresting ped. Sometime if I succesfull pointing gun at the suspect, he will raised he hands up, and I tried to move and run out of that area assuming i get call out or mistake leaving the suspect without hand cuff ,the suspect escape successfully but being wanted by police so there's blip and pursuit is started when press "P" . 

The problem is when i press "P" for requesting backup, all the backup units appear but won't respond and pursuit the suspect...can i know why?

Is this a bugs or normal????

Make sure the backup menu is set to Pursuit, if you cant set it to Pursuit, then your not technically in pursuit.

Thank for reply, the menu confirmed is set to pursuit. But all the pursuit unit won't respond , they just appear but not chasing...
