I believe I have 0.2b but i don't know is there any way to check what you have

Yes.

When LSPDFR is loaded, it will print the version to console(accessed by pressing F4). The message will look something like this:

Open RagePluginHook.log, scroll all the way down so you see the most recent activity, then scroll up until you see where LSPDFR first loaded in that session. Alternatively, you can open the game, press F4 and press Page Up until you see where LSPDFR loaded. It looks like this:

Yes, that's LSPDFR 0.2b. If you want to be completely sure, you can always just download the latest version and install it again.
