The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I updated my windows to Window 10, but after doing that my GTA V crashes every time, Is there something I have to install or download, in other to run GTA V LSPDFR?

 

Does it tell you why it's crashing? Like MSVCR110.dll is missing or does it just crash? When you update to a new OS it many times gets rid of the old dependencies that games require to run like that one(MSCVR110.dll) and you have to reinstall it from microsoft's website, this is what happened when I upgraded, but after I reinstalled that dependency it worked fine again. 

If it is not that then can you list if anything happens prior to the crash or any errors that may show up. Also do you make it past the launcher?

    You may need to sign in to access this page:  https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/activate

    Click on the purple button to download, and run the setup, and choose to REPAIR.  It will re-install pre-requisites for you including social club, hopefully this solves your issue?

    Thanks that helped me also...I downloaded this program http://techcat.ca/threads/fix-grand-theft-auto-v-exited-unexpectedly-social-club-error-gta5-game-exited-code-2147483645.125/  and it helps me identify the files making my game crash I had a fold called mods, i had some error files in there, but its all good now....The setup you told me about help me delete the error I had on my orginal files
