July 30, 201510 yr A new era for policing. Far away from the first versions of the plugin, I'm proud to present you : I spent ~ 150 hours developing this update for you. Far away from the first versions, this 2.0 update adds a ton of new features for you to experience on patrol. Say goodbye to your mundane everyday patrol, with PoliceToolbox 2 under the hood, perform bomb-detections, send people to psychotraumatic services, wheel-clamp those illegally parked vehicles or simply write parking tickets on a notepad. It's up to you, wanna be an ordinary officer or the one that will save this city from terrorists ? Issue parking citations ! Los Santos is well known for its crappy park jobs. Time to issue them parking tickets and watch the mayor enjoy the money from it. Features a notepad so you'll no longer write the ticket on the void. Wheel-clamp a vehicle ! If a vehicle is really badly-parked, a simple citation is not enough. Put a wheel-clamp on this vehicle, it's so fun to see the owner try to remove it and then taking the subway. Note : for the moment, this option does not place an actual "wheel-clamp" (coming on a future version) Request DMV information about a vehicle ! Honestly, I have nothing to say about this one. Just try it, ok ? Request a Bomb-Detection Unit ! Those dem terrorists. The city of Los Santos increased its budget on the bomb-detection squad, they now wear protective equipment and are trained for run if the car does contain a bomb. One of the most interesting features of the toolbox, you never know what gonna happen. Request EMS assistance for injured peds ! One is never safe from a little "accident" on patrol. Yeah, during the shootout, I didn't know this guy was innocent, I mean, he was wearing yellow clothes, so I thought he was one of them. Luckily, you can now dispatch paramedics instead of the coroners directly. They are able the heal injured people, and to bring corpses directly to the morgue. Request a nearby vehicle to chase a suspect ! Crown Vics are getting old. You're on a pursuit, there's a red Zentorno next to your car, and you know you have the right to request the car for a pursuit, what you gonna do ? Request a new patrol vehicle ! For roleplaying's sake, if your car is damaged in a pursuit, why not requesting another one to dispatch instead of spawning one in front of you ? Dispatch CSI on a crime scene ! Police's work is not responding to calls as fast as possible. You have to secure each crime scene, watch the CSI collect evidence, and destroy the mobile phone of the stupid guy that filmed you when you were "dealing" with the suspect. Be careful, the detectives are a bit talkative, and they tend to tell not funny jokes. Clear the Area ! Those stupid pedestrians bother you taking videos of the crime scene and posting them on LifeInvader. This is America, make them leave. Request psychotraumatic assistance ! Witnessing a crime is horrible. Make sure the people who saw a shocking scene don't develop weird psychotraumas, dispatch a specialized psychotraumatic unit. Request cleaning service ! If you're a hardcore roleplayer, you can dispatch a cleaning unit on a crime scene. Unfortunately, it's impossible to make blood stains disappear within the game. Request dog pound ! There's a lot of LSPD officers out there that don't wanna kill dogs. Well you have know a solution for lost dogs : dispatch the dog pound, that will take care of them and find a new family for them. Contact the medias on a crime scene ! There's a journalist in LS, let's call him Beverly, that pays a lot for celebs pictures. If you ever find a dead celebrity in a call, you can contact him, watch him taking pictures of the body, and get a nice paycheck. C'mon, it's digusting, but it pays well and the chief will never know. Bonus for the CSI : the Crime Scene Investigation vehicle To increase realism, you can install this optional add-on vehicle, that the detectives will use when you call them. Bonus for the Bomb Squad : the Bomb-Detection K9 vehicle Talking about realism, here's another add-on vehicle that doesn't replace anything when you install it. Yeah yeah it's free, don't worry !
