Im just wondering how it is i download and play this game ?

I have seen clips of it on youtube and it looks amazing, am i right in thinking that i need GTAIV downloaded first before it will work ?

Also once i have managed to download it how does it go about working ?

An advice would be great fully received

You need to buy Grand Theft Auto IV or Episodes From Liberty City from your local retailer, online or on steam. It isn't very expensive these days and it's a great game. Once that is done, you install it on your PC (it is very important, that you BUY the game and not use a cracked copy, as it is known that the mod doesn't work properly with them - also, obviously support R*).

Once that is done, you download the latest patch (1.0.7.0 from rockstargames.com) and update your Games For Windows Live client (www.xbox.com/live/pc/downloadclient).

Then, run the game once, play a bit (to get familiar with the controls) and save the game.

Download LCPDFR from our site and install it (next, next, next, next, done). Start the game, press left ALT and P simultaneously and you should be prompted to drive to a police station.

Have fun!

No You Have To Buy The Game 1st and then LCPDFR is in the downloads section.

I have to expand that a bit.

It does work on Mac, however not on Mac OSX. You'll have to install a copy of Windows on your Mac, best as second OS on a small Partition, if you only plan on using Windows for GTA IV. If you decide to do this, make sure that partition has at least 70-100 GB, which is what you will need for Windows 7 and GTA IV.

Important also, we didn't chose to not include OSX, it's simply that GTA IV is a Windows-only game; which implies that LCPDFR is Windows-only aswell.
