Okay,

If you are only using Rage and lspdfr. and you need additional weapons and health. This is what you do.

Press F4

Health : Type in Heal
Repair your vehicle : Type repair
Weapons : type in giveweapon (this will give you a list of all weapons in gta v. Type in the code it gives you.
Vehicles : type in spawn. This will also give you a list of all vehicles. just type in the vehicle you want.
If you want to spawn in the vehicle type : Spawnandwarp. This helps if you don't want to get smashed and stuck in the vehicle lol.

Helpful tips that people might not be aware of! You can use Ragehook a bit like a trainer sometimes.

The Wash and Repair function is very helpful especially after a particularly nasty callout where your car gets bashed up.

And the spawn function does allow some more hilarious policing... Using the Insurgent or Rhino for shootout calls or arriving on-scene in a golden helicopter ;)

Mostly I just use it to change my police vehicle on a whim.

Yeah, I am biased towards the combat pistol lol. I just wish I could spawn it with a flashlight...

Just a heads-up, when you spawn a vehicle this one will disappear if you wander too far away unlike the car that you get when going on duty.

Not an issue since you can just spawn another one but personally I prefer keeping the same one

Great advice! The issue I'm having with giveweapon is that some guns spawn, most others spawn then go away. How do I combat that?
