Recently, I have been getting from a local number. They are all late at night, or early morning hours (2-4 am). This morning I answered, and a women said "poppy, mommy, I need help. Is this you?" It is creeping me out, I don't know the number, and the content of the calls freak me out. What should I do?

I don't know how to respond, you know you could just text saying who is this? 

It's most likely just a prank call, just to be safe though if it happens again try to get her talking. find out what's going on. Or... Your phone is possessed, and should remove the contents, burn/melt the phone then bury it deep underground. 

Go to the police department tomorrow and tell them about it.  Or you could call the non emergency phone number for the police.

Report it to the phone company, block the number. If you're really freaked out by it, call the police. LCPDFR.com isn't the place to get advice for this kind of thing though. 

So, I called the Mercer Island Police, they said they'd look into it due to the contents of the call

Answer it using different languages each time.

Kill it with fire.
